We had a delicious and relaxing lunch. The server explained anything we had questions about on the menu in English since the menu was in French. She chose us an amazing local red wine. The kitchen split our appetizer to two plates since we were sharing which was nice. The fish I ordered was perfectly cooked and the crispy skin was delightful. We had a wonderful time!

Un restaurant o&ugrave; l&rsquo;ambiance est pos&eacute;e , le service agr&eacute;able et convivial , et la cuisine remarquable ! Nous connaissons les tenanciers depuis longtemps et ils conservent leur niveaux !!! Bravo et merci

La r&eacute;servation n&#39;avait pas &eacute;t&eacute; faite. Nous avons fait 150 km pour venir y manger avec des amis de la r&eacute;gion.  Nous avions pourtant re&ccedil;u les 2 confirmations de The Forks.  R&eacute;sultat, apr&egrave;s discussion, la patronne nous a ouvert la salle &agrave; manger car au caf&eacute; il n&#39;y  avait plus de place. Dommage car finalement le repas s&#39;est bien d&eacute;roul&eacute;.  La patronne nous a inform&eacute; qu&#39;elle voulait quitter The Forks.
